My path into collision repair wasn\u2019t planned\u2014it unfolded naturally, and I\u2019m grateful it did. Although I had a strong technical background in computer programming and a solid understanding of business accounting, I was racing motorcycles and enjoying life. This allowed me to connect with people in dealerships and collision shops. Before the blink of an eye, I was working in a collision centre and loving it \u2026 the rest is history.<\/p>

Over the past 40+ years, I’ve worked in numerous collision centres in every role\u2014owner, estimator, production manager, technician, customer service, and operations. This hands-on experience gave me deep insight into what shop owners, managers, and technicians really need to succeed, whether running a single location or managing multi-shop operations.<\/p><\/div>

That experience, combined with my years in collision centres, convinced me there was a better way.
