Sharon started working in the collision industry in the early 1980s. After learning all aspects of the business using a hands-on approach in the back of the shop; she moved her way up to the front office using both the strong estimating skills she had acquired and the solid management skills she had learned in school. After many years of managing (and helping manage) collision centers of all sizes including multiple collision centers at one time; she needed more of a challenge. For the next 15 + years, Sharon has worked with shops across North America helping them improve their processes and maximize the use of their management systems. Sharon has also designed and developed a multi-lingual management system for use in Single or Multi-Store Collision Centres across North America and Europe.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to work with a wide variety of top shops within North America plus a ton of other top-notch trainers in the industry over the last 15+ years. This has allowed me to refine both myself and my business and enable me to confidently supply the best technology and practices to all of my customers
